All of the amenities at Beacon Lake are open to all residents, including but not limited to pocket parks, the Lake House, the Splash Park, sports fields and more. Check out all of our beautiful amenities on our Amenities page today!
No fencing is allowed at the townhomes, including electric fences.
Yes, the screen enclosure just needs to go through ARB for approval beforehand. Only the covered lanai can be screened in.
Yes, pavers will need to go through the Architectural Review Board (ARB) for approval before anything is installed though.
Any landscaping alterations must go through the Architectural Review Board (ARB) for approval prior to making changes, including the addition of or removal of any landscaping.
No, colors have been pre-approved by the Architectural Review Board (ARB).
Yes. It covers a wide variety of items assumed by the District, including but not limited to common area landscaping throughout the community, CDD events, staffing, etc.
The townhome Home Owners Association (HOA) covers exterior maintenance, including landscaping, irrigation, pressure washing, re-painting, and roof maintenance.

No. Beacon Lake residents do not have access to the amenities at Beachwalk, but residents are able to take advantage of all the amenities Beacon Lake has to offer.
Yes! They are at the beginning stages of construction.
The road is scheduled to tentatively begin construction in late December 2021 and is estimated to be completed by the end of April 2022. Please note at this time these are estimated dates and are subject to change.
There are several spaces for overflow parking. Those spaces are to only be used as temporary spots and not to be treated as an extra parking space for residents. Per the governing documents, all residents and guests are required to park in their garage and/or driveway.
