Beacon Lake, a lakefront lifestyle community in St. Johns County, Florida, was honored to have two house styles open to the public during the 2022 Northeast Florida Parade of Homes. Each of our two fantastic builders had one of their models featured in the Parade, which allows people to tour model homes showcasing the latest in home innovation and design.
Read on to learn more about the Parade of Homes and the two beautiful models featured in this year’s Parade.
The Northeast Florida Parade of Homes has been a tradition in the area for more than 64 years, allowing potential homebuyers to experience what the First Coast homebuilding community has to offer. The 2022 Parade of Homes featured 64 homes in a multitude of neighborhoods from Fernandina to St. Augustine and everywhere in between.
Each year, the Parade of Homes is free and open to the public, typically running the last week of April and the first week of May. In 2022, it ran from April 23 to May 8.
Beacon Lake had two model homes open for touring during the 2022 Northeast Florida Parade of Homes: the two-story, single-family Roseberry Elite by Toll Brothers and the one-story townhouse Manatee by Dream Finders Homes. Each model has access to Beacon Lake’s amazing amenities as well as its own benefits.
With its massive great room, including a study, formal dining room, first-floor primary bedroom, and covered lanai, the Roseberry Elite by Toll Brothers is a luxurious option to suit anybody who works from home, people who love to entertain, retirees looking to age in place in a home where their grandkids can stay for long visits, and just about anybody else.
The affordability of a townhome meets the convenience of a one-story home in the Manatee by Dream Finders Homes. Since the Manatee is always an end unit, you’ll only share walls with one set of neighbors rather than two, and the attached 2-car garage means you won’t have to worry about bringing in groceries during an afternoon thunderstorm.
Beacon Lake is ideally situated between Jacksonville and St Augustine, in the #1 school district in Florida (St. Johns County School District). Anchored by a 43-acre paddle-friendly lake and nestled within 358 acres of nature preserve, Beacon Lake is a “just the right size” community: small enough to know your neighbors and big enough to offer exceptional amenities and the type of lifestyle your family wants.
